Giving a standard-level user access to all case sheets

A user with standard permissions can be overridden to have access to all case sheets created by other users.

Please note this also gives them access to audit and deletion functionality.


a) Go to Settings > User Management.

b) Click the dropdown next to the standard user, click Edit User

c) Tick the "Cases" box under permission overrides (Screenshot below).


Once saved, the user will now have access to all cases on the system - from the main menu you can see Admin Menu -> Cases on the left bar (See last row on screenshot below).
