-Shared cases allow you to give read/write access to your PCR to other members of your crew.

Lead practitioner's perspective:

The lead practitioner is the owner of the case. This person signs the case sheet on the signature screen, and is responsible for the case.

1)  Create a case as per normal within pracflo.

2) On the first screen in the PCR, click the  Add Crew button to add additional crew members to your case.

3) Select the crew member, and select their role from the dropdown boxes.
Tick the Shared case access box if you wish for this user to have access to this case.

You will see the crew member listed on the crew list now, and the green tick indicates the case is shared with them.

From the other users perspective:

Other users have access to the case, but do not own it.

1) Log in to pracflo

2) Click the Shared cases icon on the main menu bar

3) Click the shared case you wish to access and edit it as per normal.  Any entries in Assessment, Treatment or History screens will be notated as to who entered the comment.
