Case Notes

The case narrative field in the PCR is now locked to the author only.

This means that anyone with shared case access will need to use the 'case notes' section to add additional text to the narrative section.

This ensures that all additional notes are tagged and attributed to the author.

To add a note - please click the 'problem' tab and click 'add note' button.

Note:

1. Case notes do not support rich text - just plain text.
2. Case notes cannot be edited. They can be deleted

The note will appear under the narrative:
