Pracflo provides a new audit function to allow quality assurance over case sheets.
To view audit, you need to be an administrator, or have 'cases' override access.
To Audit a case:
1. Enter the 'Cases' screen and click the dropdown.
Choose 'Audit case'
2. You will be prompted to enter audit comments, and either Approve or return case.
APPROVE - This will mark the audit as complete - no further changes are permitted. Any comments will be saved in the audit log.
RETURN CASE - This will return the case to the owner (attendant) for rework. Any one listed as a 'Shared case' crew member will receive a copy of the case, asking them to check the comments to see if there are any changes they need to make. Please be clear in the comments who needs to change what. E.g. Mike Smith (Attendant) please add your signature. John Taylor (Assistant) Please update the time you took the set of obs.
3. Once the audit has been returned for rework you wont be able to edit the audit until the attendant returns the case.
Re-auditing cases
1. The cases screen will provide a visual indication of what the case audit status is. You may use the sort arrows to group the cases together and see the red (unaudited) cases at the top, to work through these first.
GREEN = Audit has been completed.
YELLOW = Audit has been reviewed and case sent back to author for amendments or additional information
RED= Case has not been audited.

Once a case has been returned from rework, it will re-enter the 'RED' status, indicating it needs to be re-audited.
You will see the previous auditor comments under audit history
Audit Log:
The audit log provides a history of all audit activity, as well as case sheet activity. This can be accessed from the dropdown in cases, and choosing 'Audit report'
