Allocating shifts

Allocating shifts is a breeze.

Firstly you need to have some events that have been marked as 'ACCEPTED'. An event is classed as 'ACCEPTED' in these circumstances:
-Automatically once a customer books the event from the link contained in their quotation email.
-Manually - Open the event in event management, change the event status to 'ACCEPTED'.

Sending vacant shifts to your staff:

-Click ' Fill empty shifts'
-Choose the vacant shifts you wish to send (select multiple)
-Choose the staff you wish to send the shifts to (or click select all).
-Choose the delivery method (SMS, Email or SMS and EMail).
-Click Send

Done!

To fill empty shifts after staff have expressed interest:

-Click 'Fill empty shifts'
-Look for shifts that have the green 'Interest' icon recorded against them
-Click Assign
-Click the assign button next to the staff member you wish to assign,  the staff will receive an email containing shift details.
