Pracflo Release Notes

A new pracflo version is now available in the production environment at https://event.pracflo.com - a list of changes for this release are detailed below.

New Features:

Triage - This is a major new feature that allows triaging of new cases and a triage queue for staff to pick off cases they wish to work on. Please see the KB article here for more information.
Email History - shows email sending, bounces and delivery status, and message opened flag - Please see the KB article here for more information.
Live Incident feed now including triaged cases as well as in-progress cases.
Case Notes - The 'Narrative' field is now locked to the case owner only. Others with shared case access can add additional notes via a case note. Please see the KB article here for more information.

Fixes:

Save and Close on Risk Ax not working on Safari - Fixed.
Changed Top floating menu bar to fixed position.
Datepicker dropdown on start shift repositioned (was getting cut off)
Auditlog - View PCR had 2 entries - 1 with an erroneous time. Fixed.

Improvements:

Gender included on exported PCR - DH requirement
Minor UI enhancements - some text box repositioning, new font, darker text for better readability.
New Email Provider - due to ongoing issues with Microsoft bans and spam filtering - we have commenced with a new email provider. This aims to improve deliverability. We welcome email feedback here, on the new email system. We have the ability to revert to the old system for failover/backup scenarios.
Changed PCR terminology 'Photos' to 'Attachments' to better reflect the ability to add a PDF or Image to a case sheet.
Added 'Attachments' to PCR PDF - to the bottom of a PCR PDF to show there are file attachments on a PCR and a download link within the PDF to view the attachment.
Added Case notes to the PCR PDF.
SMS Improvements - Enhanced SMS message formatting (back-end only).
