How do I add SMS credits?

To add SMS credits to your plan, please follow these steps:

1) Log into the pracflo event system as an administrator.

2) Go to Settings

3) Click on TOPUP next  to "Prepaid SMS balance"

4) Enter the amount you wish to topup

5) If popups are enabled, the payment window will show.  Otherwise, you will see the link below.  Please click the link under step 1 to show the payment window.

6) You will see the following payment screen.  Please enter your payment information, or choose saved card to pay.

Note:  You can click the invoice icon to download the PDF invoice

7) Once payment has been completed, you can close the tab and return to the settings page where you will see the updated SMS balance
