How do I change plans or payment information?

To change your plan, please follow these steps:


1) Log into the pracflo event system as an administrator.

2) Go to Settings

3) Click on Billing Portal



To Change Plans:

- Click the Update Plan Button


To Add or update payment methods:

-Click the "Add Payment method" link



PLEASE NOTE: If the update plan button is missing: it means you are not on automatic payments. Please add a payment method, and raise a ticket with our staff to enable automatic billing. Once this is done, you will be able to upgrade/downgrade plans at will.
