How do I cancel my plan?

To change your plan, please follow these steps:

1) Log into the pracflo event system as an administrator.

2) Go to Settings

3) Click on Billing Portal

4) Click the Cancel plan button

WARNING:  ALL DATA WILL BE DESTROYED UPON CANCELLATION and cannot be retrieved.  Please ensure you have a backup.
