Sublocations allows you to create a 'sub location' underneath the master event, that can be selected by medics within the patient care report, allowing post event statistics to show where witihin the event venue the incident occurred.
Event Medical Plan phase:
To set up sublocations (on a per event basis), follow these steps:
- Open the event medical plan for the event in question:
- Click the Location tab
- You will note the 'Add Sublocation' button at the bottom.
- Click 'Add Sublocation' - enter the name of the sublocation and repeat for as many as you wish to add.
Medics - Patient Care Report Phase: - Medics will now see the 'Sublocation' option appear in the 'finalise' screen of their PCR.
Post Event Plan Phase: - When compiling post event reports - you will now see the sublocation graph appear after the patient information page, showing a breakdown of cases created in each sublocation zone.
