Creating your first event

1) Before you can start creating cases, you need to create your first event. 
 
  • Click  Event Planning
  • Click Add New event
  • Click Add Staff (add shift time/dates, Event Name and Address) 
  • Click Save
  • Click 'Proceed to Event Plan' button after saving.

 

 You are now in the event medical plan.  On the first tab (info), change the "Status" to "ACCEPTED".   Once an event is accepted, you will be able to assign medical cases to it.
 
 NOTE:  Ordinarlly you would not set an event to ACCEPTED yourself if you are using the online booking system for your clients.  If bookings are enabled, the status will change to ACCEPTED automatically once the client completes the booking link contained in their quote.
      
2)  You can now go back to the dashboard and start your shift, and create a medical case!
 
  •  Click Dashboard
  • Click Assign Event
  • Search for the event you created, set the shift finish time 
  • Click Update.

 

 
3)  You will now see an array of medical cases you can create.
